This second room that we got is as clean as the first one. Very maaliwalas kasi may proper lighting and ventilation. Also, commendable din ang mababait na staff. They are very hospitable and helped us sa luggage namin kahit mabigat at madami. Also inensure talaga nila na comfortable kami

It's clean and location is very convenient to travellers- not far, just few minutes walk/travel to almost everywhere.

Receptionist and other staff are polite. The room is clean and with free bottled water for each guest. The location is good and walking distance to Robinsons Cybergate, near Fuente Osmeña Circle which is the main purpose of our visit in Cebu.

We arrived a little late in the afternoon. The staff was accommodating. We transfered to a different room since the initial one had a busted light. they assisted us immediately.
